I wanted a hood vent that didn't look as plain as the brands of the shelf at the hardware store but I also didn't would like to invest really a lot on this appliance purchase. With the flip down glass shield it provides it a slightly modern day and customized appear. Product operates nicely. No instructions in my box however it isn't rocket science to hang 1 of these. Much better for new construction than attempting to retrofit into the US regular in exhaust hoods. (More...)
