I'm not entirely displeased, mostly because it works a TON much better than its predecessor. For the capital, although, I expected quieter performance and much better draw. This draws from the light fixtures furthermore towards the screens, which will consequently want standard wiping too as their sockets, I anticipate, and motor (rpm) is not quite smooth. On medium and high speeds, it is nonetheless incredibly loud. Haven't cleaned it but, but it should be a bit less difficult as a result of teflon coating and dishwasher-safe screens. And this could be goods news or not, but you don't have to use halogen bulbs (mine expense $11/ea. @ Bi-Mart w/2 yr. life and they develop a great deal of ambient heat). You may also use regular-based bulbs (see owner's guide). It's a nice-looking unit. It installed very easily. It is fairly quiet on low speed.(more...)
